Policies

Norcot Early Years Centre has Centre wide policies that apply to the Nursery, Waterside Day Nursery and our Holiday Club.  We have selected the Key Policies to display on our website that we feel will be of most interest to you.  Should you wish to view any other policies, please contact the office for further detail

Safeguarding Policy

The Centre takes safeguarding the welfare of children extremely seriously.  Everyone at the Centre has a responsibility to ensure all children are safe and all staff receive safeguarding training every three years.  We talk to parents about how we safeguard their children while they are with us.  If you ever have any questions or concerns, please come and talk to our Designated Child Protection Officer, Diana Heath, or Mel Gregory or Helen Walsh who are the Deputy Child Protection Officers.  Please read our Safeguarding policy below:

Accessibility Plan

At Norcot Early Years Centre we believe that all children have the right to be treated with equal respect and dignity, regardless of any disabilities or needs that they might have. We recognise the need to make the Centre accessible to all families who would make use of its facilities, and we strive to be a setting that engenders a keen desire to learn within all of our children.
